Janet Wells conducts leadership team building workshops using the tools of comedy improvisation to instill and foster such workplace skills as communication, flexibility, leadership, mutual support, creativity and acute listening… listening to understand rather than respond. Ms. Wells is Founder and President of Atlanta based WunderWells Inc., a coaching and training firm focused on the particular needs of today’s workplace including Organizational Development and Performance. For over twenty years, she has served as a facilitator and coach to various corporate and non-profits and has been an active member of Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) for over five years. As a professional actress, Ms. Wells has appeared in such shows as “The Jeff Foxworthy Show”, “Bob Newhart”, “WKRP in Cincinnati”, “Dukes of Hazard”, and the film “Being There” with Peter Sellers. Her Corporate training and commercial work includes some of the world’s biggest brands - AT&T, Coca-Cola, Chevrolet, CNN, FedEx, The Home Depot, Proctor Gamble Consumer Products and UPS among others. Janet was a session presenter at the 16th Annual Southeast SHRM Conference. The Conference Survey awarded Ms. Wells a 5 out of 5 points for "presentation skill", and 4.86 out of 5 for "content". Janet is in demand as a speaker for various corporate training, development, Human Resource departments and other business groups throughout the Southeast.
